Tasting Notes
This is a new wave Barossa Shiraz. It's medium to full bodied, and oozes savoury and slightly funky undertones. It's such a nice step in the right direction for the Barossa and for Spinifex - more restrained in power, yet full of flavour. I love wines made this way. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
