The Standish is the original wine from Dan Standish and one that withstands the test of time. Stylistically its more brooding, savoury and earthy than the other cuvees, which lends itself to some time in a good cellar - don't rush to open this wine. 100% Shiraz from the Laycock Family Vineyard in Greenock, Barossa Valley. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
