Tasting Notes

This is the second label of Domaine A, which is one of the Bordeaux blend benchmarks of the New World. This purist expression of earthy, leathery, savoury Cabernet reflects the integrity of the Producer, who also has had a hand in producing Bordeaux and releases wines with ideal bottle age. Fragrant florals, red and blue forest berries, lead to a tones of forest floor, tobacco and cigar box. The medium bodied depth builds and finishes with those traditional hints of graphite, pencil shavings and bay leaf. Consistently my favourite Cabernet at this price for the past decade. - Chris L
