Tasting Notes
Pours a beautiful, vibrant dark purple in the glass. Glossy glints though. That glossiness doubles back in the palate, a slick sheet of pepper-spiked dark fruit that's sprinkled with jags of dried herbal spice. It's bound by smoky-dusty tannins and feels like flavours are dragged long to a building pucker and bergamot tea-like finish. Perfume is smoky, then herby, then dark fruity. Attractive. I'd be diving in if you dig whole bunch + Yarra + syrah + vibrant expressions of such.
