Tasting Notes
A rare white from Marsannay, this Chardonnay shows lemon curd, pear and white flowers, with hints of hazelnut and flint. The palate is layered and textural, balancing stone fruit richness with taut acidity and a saline mineral thread. Fresh, savoury and long, it reflects Marsannay’s limestone soils with clarity. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
