Tasting Notes
Terpin is based in Friuli and they've made a delicious and uber-moreish orange wine from Pinot Grigio. The extraction of flavour from the skins has given this loveable wine characteristics of guava and feijoa fruits that tickle the senses as well as crushed and compote strawberry with hints of sweet spice. It's unfiltered and unfined, so expect some cloudiness and sediment. Natural wine lovers, this is for you. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
