An interesting and unique expression of Etna's flagship grape - Nerello Mascalese. In this case, the grape is being translated as a white wine! The juice is pressed off its skins almost immediately so as not to extract the red colour. This is an incredibly vibrant, mineral and fruity wine with great acidity and length.
