Tasting Notes
Never before have we made a white Pinot Gris. Apparently, we should have. It is trying to be a Chardonnay. Understandable, but unjustified. Definitely a solid wine in its own right. Savoury citrusy goodness with crabapples and some other pithy pomaceous vibe. Pears stuffed with crabapples stuffed with white currants. Imagine that! Winemaker Note
