Tasting Notes
Unfined and unfiltered, wild fermented Pinot Noir from Gippsland in Victoria. Neil (winemaker) always talks about the multitude of decisions that go into making a wine. A decision one way or the other can change the outcome of a finished wine enormously. I have to say, he's made all the right decisions in this wine. Lighter and more ethereal, reflective of earth rather than fruit. Love it! - Chris L
