A Chardonnay from one of our favourite Yarra Valley producers, sourced from one of the great vineyards in the region, Lusatia Park. A fruit-driven style with savoury nuance throughout. Wild fermented in large format old barrels on full solids to produce an unadulterated Chardonnay that reflects this beautifully pure-fruited site. - Chris L
