Savoury, light bodied and mineral: Syd's overview to describe his 2022 Plump Pinot from his small home block in the Yarra Valley. 100% whole-bunch fermented, the perfume is floral and earthy, and the palate is, as always, plump with fleshy forest berries, laced in silky tannins.
