Savoury, light bodied and mineral: The Plump Pinot is from his small home block in the Yarra Valley. 100% whole-bunch fermented, the perfume is floral and sweet Five Spice, and the palate is, as always, plump with fleshy forest berries, laced in fine chalky tannins. A delicate wine with plenty to reveal, Plump is delicious with a slight chill on a warm day. Around 13% alc - Michael L
