Tasting Notes
Thomas Boutin's wines have flown under my radar for too long. I'm so glad I got to try them and get them in the store. This is a return to form for Loire Chenin as many producers latest releases have felt tailored to a new world palate and been focused on acidity over flavour. This is not that... This is the kind of wine that should keep both camps happy. There is depth and detail and a seriousness to the wine whilst retaining fruit ripeness that is kept fresh. Please decant. - Pete L
