Tasting Notes
Pinot Gris that seems to be inspired by the French styles of Alsace. Ripe and opulent fruits of pear and lychee with touches of citrus which brings about balance to the profile. The palate is clean, round and full upfront yet controlled by refreshing acidity on the back. If you like this style, you'll like this wine. Well made. - Chris L
Tim Adams wines has been around since 1984 when Tim, his wife and a couple of friends set about creating a winery focussed on making purely Clare Valley wines. It was a tough start for them but they have now developed a terrific range of award winning wines including Cabernet, Riesling, Pinot Gris Malbec, Shiraz, Tempranillo, Semillon and Grenache.
