Tasting Notes
My favourite of the Pinot Noir's from Timo this release. It's rounder fruit profile softens the whole bunch character and made it the most approachable for me. You still get the savoury bunchy character coming through which adds depth to the wine but it's not in your face. If you are already a fan of his wines you will certainly enjoy this too. - Pete L

We believe that wines are made in the vineyard and therefore try to interfere as little as possible in the natural winemaking process.
