Quickly becoming one of Timo's most sought after wines each vintage, the Nebbiolo is all about the red fruits, with plum skin, raspberry and cranberry brightness, and floral overtones. It's crunchy and textural, with incredible tannin structure and shape to it. Lovely wine. - Felix G

We believe that wines are made in the vineyard and therefore try to interfere as little as possible in the natural winemaking process.
