Tasting Notes
Timothée Delalle is a rising producer who trained in Geneva and worked under Jacky Blot in Montlouis. His wines are made with spontaneous fermentations and only a touch of sulfur at bottling, keeping the winemaking as hands off as possible. The result is quiet, honest expressions of his parcels in Luynes and Fondettes producing humble wines that feel like a little secret worth discovering. - Pete L
