Tasting Notes
Just to clarify, this is the Heraclite Chardonnay (aka Blancs de Blancs) not the Pinot Noir (aka Blancs de Noirs), and it's equally brialliant, albeit different. The two vineyard parcels that make up this Champagne are located in the Montagne de Reims and extremely limited in its production. It is beautiful and perfumed, full of flavour in all facets - primary, secondary and tertiary. I love this wine and always make sure to grab a bottle each year. - Chris L
