Tissot Macvin du Jura Blanc NV offers a rich and harmonious profile, crafted by blending two-thirds fresh grape juice with one-third aged marc (a regional brandy), followed by aging in amphorae and old oak barrels to develop complexity. The nose reveals aromas of Mirabelle plum, caramel, and candied fruits. On the palate, flavors of baked apples and floral notes are complemented by a smooth texture and balanced sweetness.
