Tasting Notes
A fizzy blend of fruit from the Central Victorian regions of Seymour and Harcourt. A svelte Chardonnay from Seymour, meets a skin contact Riesling from Harcourt. Minimal intervention winemaking, no added sulfur dioxide. Blended together, and bottled with a touch of residual sugar. Ferment went on to finish in bottle with no additions. Tastes of green apples, lemon lime splice icecream, grapefruit peel, sea spray burst! - Winery Note
