Tasting Notes
Umani Ronchi I Sassi Pecorino (Terre di Chieti) opens with a bright pale straw hue and an aromatic bouquet of white peach, green apple, citrus peel and wild herbs, with wet stone mineral notes threading through. On the palate it is crisp, lively and light-bodied: juicy apple and pear fruit are balanced by racy acidity and a mouth-watering saline lift, finishing clean, dry and persistently fresh with subtle citrus and herbal echoes. Vibrant, expressive, and highly drinkable now. - Chris L
