Tasting Notes
True to its Italian roots, this Riverland Fiano has full flavours and body, yet fresh. Really responded to drinking cool (but not cold), especially showing the aromas and full taste of pear and citrus. Standout chalky texture. On the fruity spectrum, it is closer to fresh/mineral style but there is still a lush and honeyed end, with the acidity keeping it fresh, long and balanced. Good value. 11.5% alc. - Michael L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
