Tasting Notes
2025 was a cool and steady season with a very long and dry ripening period. The wines reflect that calm precision: beautiful line, lovely tension, and vibrant natural acidity. On the nose, there’s a fine mineral thread—rocks, and cool citrus, layered with hints of white stonefruit. The palate is pure and focused, carrying ample fruit intensity through the mid‑palate with impressive clarity and definition. Finishes long with a rocky, saline edge. - Distributor Note
