West Tamar fruit, hand-picked, 30% whole bunch, wild ferment,10 days on skins, basket pressed into mainly old French oak barrels, unfined, unfiltered, screwcap. Medium burgundy red. Spicy, sour cherry and strawberry characters. Soft attack, medium body with good volume and lengthy finish. - Winery Note
