A dinner party wine for all you orange wine nuts around the world. Valentine's Riesling from the Yarra Valley spends an entire year (365 days) on skins so you should expect a serious wine that has been given adequate time to harmonise and some together. The wine is really aromatic as you'd expect from Riesling yet also has a heap of oxidative and skin-derived flavours making it one of the most exciting and intricate wines we've tried recently. It really is a serious attempt at making really sound orange wine. Loved it, and not just because it's a magnum. - Chris L
