Tasting Notes
A full year on skins is a long stretch by anyone's measure. What comes out is a rich amber wine with serious power and grip that still manages to move with some finesse. Dried stone fruit and a distinct stone fruit kernel character, tannins closer to strong tea than anything you would call grape tannin, and an oxidative edge running underneath the lot. Give it food and a decent sized glass. - Pete L
