Tasting Notes
A savoury expression of dry rose with an amazing amount of interest and excitement. Made from a wild blend of Cortese, Barbera, Malvasia, Freisa and a whole array of other varietals. When I drink it I think of cured meats and antipasto because frankly this wine is made for food. Not your usual rose and something not to be judged quickly. - Chris L
