Tasting Notes
Was made to express the exceptional balance of the year 2010: a high level of acidity and ripeness. It is a vintage Champagne, made only in the unique years of two of our plots of Chardonnay, where the vines were planted in 1952. One of this plot is named Rossignol, and was one of the favorite of my grandfather. - Winery Note
