Tasting Notes
Wild yeast, fermented in stainless steel then aged in large format oak. A blend of Cabernet Franc (65%) and Sangiovese (35%). It’s medium bodied, has lots of spice and a real juicy, dark fruit profile. It’s the kind of wine I’d want with a rustic tomato based ragu like Osso Bucco, a hearty risotto Milanese or Lamb Navarin. A perfect wine for a long meal with good friends. - Pete L
