Tasting Notes
A CroiZADe translates to "crusade", but it is not spelled correctly on purpose, as a ZAD in France is an area where the government want to destroy countryside for development, usually not useful at all. The wine on the other hand is extremely useful! A fresh syrah blend from SW France with life, fruit and acidity. Smell the herb and blackberry, with the wine saying “give me a little oxygen!”. The reward is a bright savoury blackberry and juicy red cherry taste with herb hints and acidity keeping it so lively. So ready for food, red or white meats or even grilled salmon. 13.5% alc. and no preservatives. - Michael L
