Tasting Notes
A skin contact wine from the volcanic slopes of Mt Etna, Sicily. The indigenous grape of Carricante gives a vibrant orange and gold hue in the glass. Quite juicy on the palate, moreish, and also offers a smoky, mineral, and saline element. Versatile with food pairing, and could handle some Asian spice without a problem. Ideal afternoon drinking and if possible decant beforehand for maximum enjoyment. - Mitch M
