Tasting Notes
Golden-green in colour with a touch of struck match on the nose, lifted by citrus and savoury notes. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, opening to juicy tangerine, nectarine and grapefruit, with cashew, gentle oak, and amaro-like grip carrying through to a long finish. A vibrant and versatile food wine. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
