Tasting Notes
Swan Valley Chenin off an old vineyard on loam and sand, whole bunch pressed and fermented clean with very little solids. The bubbles come the oldest way there is, methode ancestrale, with the ferment finishing in the bottle on the last of the grape's own sugar. Lemon sherbet and grapefruit pith. Bright, clean and good fun. - Pete L
