Tasting Notes
A bright and lively blend of Grecanico, Catarratto and a lift of Zibbibbo, this release shows the clarity of direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation, followed by six months in stainless steel with gentle battonage. Aromas of citrus blossom, melon and fresh herbs lead into a crisp, mouthwatering palate, where lemon zest, white peach and a soft floral note mingle with clean acidity. Light texture from time on lees adds shape without weight, finishing fresh, dry and quietly aromatic. - Aaron C
