Give it air in for a little while to let those fine red grapes open. That gives time for those herbal aroma and tastes (like oregano) to blend into the red wine fruits of the Sangiovese + Pinot Noir. It’s real Tuscan flavours, so you will also get that classic fine chalky tannin and acidity. Matured in stainless tanks and 12.5% alc. Let it air and enjoy with meaty pasta! - Michael L
