Tasting Notes
This is a really silky and delicate Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley that may seem shy at first but blossoms nicely with a short time in the glass. Citrus fruits, flowers and minerality - this is a deliciously Chablis-esque Chardonnay for those that prefer their Chardonnays with some subtlety to them. - Aaron C.
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
