This Sparkling Riesling from Mount Gambier is bright, brisk and unapologetically refreshing. Aromas lean citrus-led, with lime, grapefruit and subtle spice carried by a strong mineral, coastal edge. The palate is tight and energetic, driven by lively acidity and fine bubbles, with green apple, saline notes and a light touch of lees-derived softness adding balance. Werkstatt is a small-batch, minimal-intervention wine project, inspired by the great wines of Germany. The focus is on sustainably farmed fruit sourced from Mount Gambier, with an emphasis on Riesling.
