Tasting Notes
The nose is intense with candied orange, alpine flowers, heritage rose and green cut grass.
The palate shows great texture which envelopes stone fruit and pink grapefruit. There is some red apple character there too. The acid profile balances the phenolics. A lush and mouth filling wine. - Winemaker's note.
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
