Werlitsch ex Vero 3 White 2011 (Orange)

Tasting Notes

One of the great orange wines of the world. Ex Vero 3 is made from Morillon (Chardonnay) and Sauvignon Blanc from the top of the hill. The grapes are fermented as whole bunches and the wine spends 4 years in barrel before being bottled with no additions. It's a serious wine, one of both savouriness and bouquet. The minerality, concentration and power are all features of this brilliant wine. I can't speak more highly of it. - Chris L
