Tasting Notes

Now this is a curious one. Chardonnay and Shiraz, picked on the same day and pressed together, which makes for a properly unusual co-ferment of a white grape and a red. It bubbles away in stainless steel, gets a single racking once it settles over winter, then heads into bottle come spring. Same as its sibling, there's nothing to it but grapes and a touch of sulphur. Expect something fresh, textural and a little bit different, exactly the sort of thing worth taking a punt on. - Pete L
