Tasting Notes
A fun little 50/50 of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, sourced from Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills and Williamstown up in the Barossa. Both were whole bunch pressed and fermented on their own in stainless before being blended together over winter and bottled come spring. There's next to nothing added, just grapes and a whisper of sulphur, so it's all about freshness and drinkability. The kind of bright, breezy white you don't need to think too hard about. - Pete L
