Tasting Notes
Willett are a Kentucky family distillery who have long gone about things their own way, and Rowan's Creek is one of the labels where that comes through. Distilled back in 2018, aged in charred oak and bottled by hand in small batches. Caramel and vanilla do most of the heavy lifting, but there is a genuine herbal and floral lift sitting over the top that you will not find in every bourbon. Oak and a lingering spice to finish. - Pete L
