Tasting Notes
From one of the larger, yet certainly reliable producers of good Chablis. This classic Chablis shows the hallmark purity of Chardonnay from Kimmeridgian limestone soils: bright citrus, green apple and white peach aromas lifted by floral notes and a chalky mineral edge. The palate is crisp and precise, with juicy orchard fruit wrapped around a saline, stony core, finishing long and refreshing. Elegant and finely balanced, it captures both immediacy and the subtle depth that make Fèvre a benchmark for the appellation. - Chris L
