Tasting Notes
Gippsland does not get talked about anywhere near as much as it should for Chardonnay, and this makes a fair argument for changing that. Rockmelon and white peach up front, then grapefruit pith and citrus blossom with a gentle nutty edge and just a touch of oak. Mid weight and taut with brisk acid and a light creamy texture behind it, finishing long and properly saline. - Pete L
