Tasting Notes
A rose-style Gamay from the tiny producer Yahou Fatal. This natural wine is so interesting and so gluggable for those of you who favour the left-field. A little spritz is present upon opening but this quickly dissipates. Highly aromatic and a sea of vibrant characters. I saw fresh raspberries, feijoa and rose water. The palate is balanced and incredibly moreish. I really don't know where that bottle went! - Chris L
