Here’s a wine I could open for nearly any occasion, but I reckon it will be better with food. The Yangarra guys have grown and made a ripe-fruited yet textured white; made complex by retaining acidity, skins contact and quality grapes. Forget those broad Rhone-style white blends of old. This one has finesse & structure, and is oh so drinkable! 13% alc. - Michael L
