Tasting Notes
A bold Shiraz from the biodynamically farmed Yangarra Estate in McLaren Vale. There's concentration and intensity of flavour here, but also some savouriness and restraint coming from the sandy vineyard soils and a light touch in the winery. Red and blue fruits, fine white pepper, iron and sweet spice. - Chris L
