This is classic Gamay packed with juicy red fruits, upfront, vibrant and lively. Light yet filled with detail that coats the palate and gives you more than a hint to the quality on offer from this producer. Yohan Lardy is definitely one to watch! These are excellent wines and his entry level wine is excellent. - Pete L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
