Zema Estate is a benchmark Coonawarra producer and it doesn't come more "Coonawarra" than Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, bold and full bodied, showing trademark blackberry and a touch of leaffy mintiness with a bit of oak. A well balanced with that will age nicely given the time. - Chris L
Established in 1982, Zema Estate is a small family owned and operated winery located in the heart of Australia's Coonawarra wine region. The Zema family is proudly traditional in the 'vine to wine' process, using only 100% Coonawarra "estate grown" fruit, remaining committed to hand pruning and using minimal irrigation to maximise vine health and fruit quality. - Winery Note
