Collection: Olifantsberg

Olifantsberg is a small South African producer based in the Breedekloof, a rugged mountainous region neighbouring the better-known Swartland. The focus is on Mediterranean varieties particularly well suited to the warm, dry climate, with vineyards planted among rocky, decomposed sandstone soils at altitude. Winemaking is restrained, using wild fermentation and a light touch in the cellar to preserve freshness and vineyard character. The wines combine ripe, expressive fruit with savoury spice, texture and a distinctive mineral edge, showing a more refined and energetic side of the Breedekloof.
