Another fallacy about Rose is that it needs to be consumed in its youth and cannot age. Rose wines from regions like Tavel, Bandol, Tuscany and even Georgia are more structured in style making them perfect for the cellar. When choosing Rose to age you're best to ask us which producers will be best suited and for how long they will age well for. I once had a bottle of 30 year old Tempier Bandol Rose and it was absolutely singing!
